Message of the painting: 
The sun burns, relentless,
carves the earth in thirsty fissures,
while the wind kicks up ancient dust,
memory of vanished rivers.   But beneath the cracked crust,
in the arid silence of the desert,
something waits.
It is not death, it is not abandonment
it is patience.   Then, suddenly,
a damp breath in the air,
a distant cry of rain.
And as if by magic,
life bursts forth:
timid greens challenge the sky,
thirsty roots quench their thirst,
and the desert
becomes a garden.   Because even drought
has a hidden promise:
that all aridity can end,
that after the long winter of thirst,
everything is reborn.
