Shipping information

 

Having recently changed residence to Panamá, part of the works are located in Europe and part in Panamá.

 

For this reason for part of the paintings, depending on where the painting is to be shipped, there is no price for delivery.

I will be happy to see for you the shipping costs based on the country to deliver.

 

I will add the price for the shipping in a second moment so that you can order from the e-commerce.

 

Shipping will take place after direct payment or after money is received, usually within 1-3 business days, depending on the request.

 

Once the shipment has been processed, you will receive an e-mail from me.

Customs and import taxes:

 

Buyers are responsible for all customs and import taxes that their country may require.

 

I cannot be responsable for delays due to customs.

If there are any problems with your order, I will not leave you hanging!

 

If something went wrong or the item was not what you expected, I will do everything I can to make it right.

Below are the return policies for each product:

On eligible products, the return policy is 14 days. I will do my best to provide accurate photographs of artwork colors, but please keep in mind that calibrations often vary from device to device. If color calibrations are a concern, we recommend viewing the item from multiple devices (desktop, iPhone, etc.).

To be eligible for return, the item must be in the same condition in which it was received.

Shipping charges for all items returned in good faith are not covered by myself.

Only defective merchandise or items not covered under consumer warranty will have the cost of reshipment covered by Eva Gilardi.
